FAQs

have i ever broken a bottle?

Never (knock on wood)! Engraving only requires very light pressure and most items have thicker surfaces than you’d expect. If I do ever break a bottle, dont worry - I will replace it! This is very rare and it’s very unlikely on items like perfume or cologne. This is most likely to happen on items with thinner surfaces such as champagne flutes, but I make sure to use only enough pressure to scratch the surface.

Can champagne bottles be engraVED?

Unfortunately, champagne bottles or any pressurized bottles can NOT be engraved. The bottle will either break open while I am engraving or have a delayed explosion at some point later on.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is based on how many words are being engraved and what item is being engraved on. Fill out the inquiry form and I will get back to you with a quote!

How does Shipping work?

If you dont live local to Long Island and need your item shipped - no worries! After you fill out the inquiry form, I’ll email you back with the step by step process. When I ship the item back to you, I’ll send you the tracking ID so you can keep an eye on your package!

Can my engraved item go in the dish washer?

Your item can go in the dish washer but the fill color may come off. I do not fill any engraved glassware with color so it is safe to be washed.
